Only received half of the goods and its been 3 mon

3 months ago we bought a packard bell laptop and printer that was on promotion with 4. Programs. The problem is that we never got the programs I also had to wait almost a month for the laptop bag. Now 3 months later we are still waiting for the programs and when we inquire for it we only get an attetude and an answer that '' maybe next week'. Everyone has a difrent story when we enquire about the programs. As the pacage was supose to be al in one as advertised. We are driving up and down every week and have to suply money for fuel every time just to have no answer every time and no service as theire logo states ' beares realy cares about you'. Well not in this case. Looks like the workers help themselfes and take the programs out of the pacage or boxes and now no one can answer as to where my programs have dissapeared to.
