Bad attitude and arrogance

Good day, I am utterly disgusted about poor service and bad attitude encountered yesterday 2013-01-22 at Edgars when paying off my account. I am actually glad and happy that I have paid it off so I won't ever be exposed to such ordeal. Sonto was so arrogant and had a bad attitude. I wanted to enquire about additional financial products on my account after paying off; if there's any so I can cancel them. She was rude and ignorant.my account number is 7000100100186272407.
I really did not appreciate her behaviour as a customer and would like Edgars to take this matter serious and address it with here otherwise I will take this matter further. I cannot allow this abuse anymore by Edgars staff.
