I recently opened an Edcon account my installments came up to R495.00. On Saturday the 28th of September i made a payment of R500 at Jet Campus Square. I got the receipt. The receipt stated i had R698.00 i could spend on that day. So seeing i needed to buy Mom clothes i decided to use my card again. I drove to Jet Mart on Ellof street i then wanted to purchase using my Thank U card but was told it only has R198.00. i Showed them the receipt and they advised me to contact customer care. I called 0860112442 at 14.48pm at spoke to a agent named Albertina. I asked her why is it that i have paid my installment and had been given credit of R698.00 then when i want to purchase im told i only have R198.00 why are they misleading me? She blamed it on the system and said it is not reflecting on their side my installment is still due. I tried to stress my point across and she would speak over me and would not give me a chance to explain for her to clarify to me on what exactly is happening. I manage at a call center too but i dont know what sort of freak show is at the Edcon call center i asked her was she aware that all calls they make are recorded and she responded by 'WHAT EVER! "
