Can't even deliver working replacement parts

After waiting basically a month for you to obtain a basic PCB to repair my fridge (completely unacceptable) your repairman shows up at my house with a broken replacement part on Friday, he then comes again on Monday with allegedly another broken replacement part.

I've now been informed that I must wait for yet another part to be delivered! (Unacceptable) Will I have to wait yet another month for that part?
In the meantime your call centre puts me on indefinite hold, a manager is never available and nobody ever calls back despite repeated promises that they will.

How can you reasonably expect people to live months without a fridge? I am incurring a fortune in food and cellphone expenses due to your incompetency. I've had enough I want to know how I am going to be compensated, please think very carefully about your response as my next step is to start blogging about this on popular news sites and to contact your head office overseas to enquire if they are aware of what an embarrassment the people in charge in South Africa are.
