Unethical Business to Channel Partne

This complaint is regarding the Maggi sales contest. Thailand Trip for sales people in India. I am writing from Chennai Tamil Nadu India.

Due to this they are putting tremendous pressure for sales of Maggi Noodles.
They are asking us to sell us discounted price by foregoing our margins.
One ASM have asked me to sell below my landing cost and promised me that difference will be adjusted in Bad Goods claim (market returns).
I request you not to run such contest it disturbs entire business setup of us.

Adding to this your DC truck supplies to the market directly if paid Rs.1500 by the distributor. Example IF x distributor is invoice truck load of noodles and if he intends to sell in Y distributor market with a less diconted price the Y distributor will pay Rs.1500 as freight he will directly supply the goods to retailer without unloading at the X distributor.
This all done with knoledge of employees of you esteemed organisation.
