False advertising and misleading the public

Radiant Lighting has a big banner outside their showroom: "Public Welcome." Address: 79 5th Street. This is indeed their MAIN showroom. On their website, they advertise: Public Welcome! Great Discounts on end of range! Address: 79 5th Street, again, Main Showroom.

I go to their showroom (seeing that I'm busy with building additions and buying all building material myself).

Oh my word! What a NICE showroom with every type of light one can imagine. So I immediatly get hold of a sales person. Ask for some prices, and he says NO! I'm not allowed prices as I'm not a distributor. I need to write the codes down for the different lights, and get the prices somewhere else from a distributor. No distributor has this sort of variety. Why advertise to the public and say they are welcome? They refuse to help me with price indications! Its against their policy.

So I ask about the public invitation? They say no, thats at the other store/building/warehouse (NOT same adress as advertised). And they assure me I'll get what I need there. So I go there. Ask for a common LED downlight. NO SIR, we only carry out of range and slow moving stock.

So how do you choose a light without knowing the cost?
