Bought a DVD with no DVD disc in the case!

I bought DVDs and other goods on 14 May 2013 at Spar in Wolmaranstad.
On my way home I start to open the DVDs, while my brother was driving.
The second DVD case I opened of which was sealed I found that there are no DVD disc in the case.

I went back immediately and was told that there is nothing they can do about it.

I am very disappointed in this bad service, I am not a and will not even consider being as sly as they make me out to be.
This is money bad spend.
The distributor of the DVD should take the responsibility of this.
Spar Wolmaranstad could have treated me in a better manner, the customer is always right and they should sort this out with the distributor and compensate me for that.
