False advertisement

Good Day,

I have placed an order with you for delivery on a parcel on Friday 16-08-2013.
I have still not received my package you advertise delivery within 24 hours. The date today if not mistaken is 20-08-2013. I have by e-mail also requested an answer from you on when this parcel will be delivered, and why it has not yet been delivered. You have not given me any answer to what reason I have not received my goods, you advertise 24 hour delivery, your customers pay for 24 hour delivery, yet we can not even get a reason on why there is an delay and what you are to do about that delay. I don not know how you can promote that you strive for 24 hours delivery if you can't even respond to an complaint sent in writeing directly to you.
