Kalahari uses cheap prices to hide poor service

I preordered Fifa 14 over a month ago and was told I would receive it on release day. Release day is now over and I have still not received it. To make matters worse, a representative from kalahari called me after I tried to follow up with the courier company and blatantly to me by saying they had a delay but would arrange an after hours delivery for me and that I should be available between 6pm and 8pm. What a waste of my time. Kalahari should stop trying to promote themselves as a premier shopping website as they clearly are unable to plan properly, manage their courier company and manage customer expectations. It is obvious that the only way they can survive with such poor service is by pricing themselves lower. I have learnt my lesson and will rather get my games from BT games or takealot. I would rather pay a little more but be guaranteed a delivery date. Also disappointing to see so many other reports about poor service around deliveries.
