I bought a bed from Dial-a-bed Online department, to say the delivery was delayed is an understatement. When the bed finally did arrive it was faulty. Beginning of Jan 2013 I called their Client Services department that promised someone will be calling me back. To date no one has responded to my complaint. This is really poor service on their part and I would never advise anyone to purchase from Dial-a-bed!
