I had called the Red Square in Pinecrest/ Sanlam Centre store two days ago and advised Lungisile that I will be visiting the store today to make a purchase of an item, I went in today and I was so amazed has to how she remembered me by phone call and she just knew what I was looking for, Its so rare to get such excellent service, it's through staff like Lungisile Thusi makes customers want to go into a store and make purchases and this generates great revenue for companies such asRed Square and believe it or not this is not the first time I have had such brillant service from this store.
