Refreshing wow assistance

I visited the Edgars store in The Glen today 26/9/13 and had a great experience. I had to buy underwear but needed assistance to gauge my size and Salina the lady on the floor truly made this a very pain free experience. She was very gentle and kind. I was feeling sensitive and exposed but she treated me with professional courtesy and kindness and was jovial with my husband as well. She helped me try different garments on and returned the ones I was not taking and gathered all the underwear I was taking and met us on the floor with my choices. This kind of service I have never encountered at a store of this magnitude before.

Sales staff these days just don't go the extra mile. They hardly ever know their products, let alone assist with more than just showing their department's stock. I want to thank Salina for today. For all the help and guidance she extended to me with caring and positive words. She is a gem for this store. I must actually say that I have had pleasant experiences with other employees at this store before so clearly they are trained properly. I will see you again soon Salina even if it is just to say hi.
