Pathetic structure

Canal walk branch has the worst service, staff nd structure in the store. Fri my baby sister aged 15 went into the store too go exchange a top our mother purchased for her.. she was looking for at items nd decided to leave due to the fact the line was to long. She was then stopped at the door by security too search her bag nd found the top she was returning and accused her of as she never handed the top in wen she came..- there is no bladdy sign at the door that state returns must be handed in, how the are u suppose to know that... then to top it off the store manager that I always go out of my way for in my store, sat nd enjoyed more than 6 staff members cross question her, got her in tears nd scared... who the do they think they are... nd who the buys a gift for sum1 nd give the receipt with it? Clearly that store is not professional nd has no structure and will defnitly pass the word too everyone I know how terrible mr price in canal walk is... I am a manager and we dont even handle real 's like that.!!!
