Guess perfume bottle spray broken

Hi,

I purchased a GUESS perfume pack (2 in a pack) a couple of months ago... When i opened this to use it.. the spray on the top of the bottle doesnt work.. i cannot take it back to Edgars because i already opened the box.
This was expensive and one would expect it to work and not be broken

Please get back to me ASAP, because i love this brand but it very disappionting when somehting like this happens
