Shoprite manager accuses customer of tampering goo

On the 24th September 2013 I took a kettle back for an exchange or refund only to find that I had an arguement with the store manager James accusing me to have abused the kettle&thereafter he told me to go to and I can consult hi's head office if I want to he doesn't care, then I had to leave the faulty kettle behind as I was very angry.
