Sending collector for russels defaults!

I tried for months to resolve the problem with Russels after I was retrenceh. They did not done there job as always! Now after I arranged with the financial manager in jhb that we will go to malvern russels to hand in once again all the paper work so russels can stop there stupidy and fix this problem as it is there default not mine. I have prove of all documents and was even signed ny the manager. Still today they tried to sent a boy collector with the name connie to take my staff, not gone happen! He swears at me and we worned him not to do this again, next time we will repay the fovour in a very painfull way. Please can any one at russels wake up and start do your work correctly, still after all the prove from your stores that emails and letters were handed in from your pc ytou ague? How stupid can you be? We will not hand in anything to no collector. Please if they try again I will simply fanish! Marisa
