Retrenchment insurance

Been retrenched and handed in all documents to Michelle at Russels Malvern and Denzel in Jhb in march already. worked for myself first then for a company in catering then handed letter of work to Jhb and Michelle but refused to do work change at first, than Jhb accepted and give us a letter stated we are covered witch i have and all other emails from head office now Russels want to repo our stuff and said we did not do letter of employment and all that and we have all the documents to prove that we did and a letter stated that we are covered and was up to date!!! we had many problems with the Malvern branch. so many people called and had a bad attitude and think they can just come to my home or are very brave over the phone!!! they will not take my stuff as they messed up and have stupid people working or shell i say sleeping for them!!! i have all the documents from head office Russels where they confirm paid to date and covered and address of work change is in order. i am so tired of this stupidity!!! Because of there stupidity they black listed me and i demand a letter from there and to clear my name now!! or we will sue then within the next week.
