To whom it may concern

I cannot believe the lack of efficient service received from your store at Pavilion.
I have purchased a guess watch from your store- 16.02.2013, a month later and one of the diamantes around the face fell off, it was sent through for repairs and I got it back over a month later... needless to say a few months later another stone has fallen, when I took this back to the store a Saturday I was told that I would get feedback by the Monday.

It is now over a month later and still cannot get a firm answer from the branch who seems to be waiting on info from a third party.
I am really disappointed that me being the customer as had to make at least 11 phone calls to follow up on this matter.
This level of service is very disappointing and you can be sure I will NEVER purchase another item from ANY of your stores again.
