Friendliest, most efficient call centre EVER

[URL Removed] already have the best prices and fastest delivery, but I wasn't expecting such an awesome call centre experience.

I needed to query the delivery of a parcel and Dax (not sure if spelt correctly) was the most pleasant and professional call centre person I've ever spoken to. He also said he would call me back soon with more information and actually did so within 30min which is unheard of (most of these promises usually end with me having to call the person back myself).

Well done Kalahari, you guys are clearly hiring the correct people and care about service. I'll be ordering with you again soon :-)
