NO DELIVERY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY

For more than a week now, I have spoken to seven different call centre consultants at Kalahari to try and track down my parcel, which was dispatched on November 26 and due to be delivered on November 28.

The first four I spoke to promised to call back and NEVER did. The second two - clearly picking up on my annoyance - did call back but both promised me the parcel would be delivered on the day we spoke. Do I have it? NO.

When I spoke to yet another consultant on Friday (December 6) to enquire about cancelling the order, she said she would do so and that I would get a call back regarding my refund. I have yet to hear from her.

Kalahari, you do not deliver free products to us. We PAY for the products and for the service. You are not doing us a favour and it is UNACCEPTABLE that you treat your clients, who you rely on to continue operation, with such disdain.

I've used your online service for a while now without any problems. But this one bad experience has now resulted in me looking for a better service provider with better customer service skills. You, Kalahari, clearly do not care about your clients and frankly, your reputation.
