Vodacom
Won't Change my Surname

I have personally gone into vodacom 6 times since June 2012, given my ID and Marriage certificate every time, they make copies every time but somehow fail to change my surname!!! I REFUSE to go all the way to the Glen again for them to make more copies of my ID and Marriage Certificate!! You can now sort it out yourselves!!!
