Really Impressed

There have been a good few times, where I have taken to Hellopeter to complain about Edgars Sandton. The last few times I had been my experiences were not pleasant. So much so I decided not to go back.

However, due to the lack of interesting stock at various other stores I decided to head back to Sandton and I have to say I am super impressed with the change in attitude in your staff and I ended up with some really awesome clothes.

I felt that it was important for me to compliment the staff and store because good service needs to be known and the fact that there has been a MASSIVE change since I was last there, shows that your customers have been listened to and you have taken us into consideration.

Lastly, I am also really vert impressed with the store itself holding some of the world's best brands makes one feel like the shopping in a store that could easily be on 5th Ave in New York (having been into stores like Macy's etc) I can say you guys are fairing up pretty well to stores of a high quality.

I can honestly say I take back what i had said before about never going back to Edgar's Sandton as today has changed my mind!!
