Poor Quality Gazebo

I recently went camping in Dulstroom with a group of friends. We had a thunderstorm and the Camp Master Gazebo I had collapsed and bent all the steel poles. What I find funny is that my friens Gazebo (Earlier edition Camp Master Gazebo) suffered no damage at all. The two Gazebos stood next to each other and were erected correctly.

After closer inspection of the two Gazebo's you can clearly see that the older model was manufactured of better quality and thicker steel and this is why it suffered no damage, it is evident that all the new Camp Master Gazebo's are manufactured of thinner lower cost materials to save on production costs.

I did approach Camp Master with this enquirey and they said they could not help and I should just purcahse another Gazebo of theirs from one of their distributors.

I highly reccommend that you do not purchase any of the new Camp Master Gazebo's as you will be disapointed in their construction quality and if you intend on using them any minor weather conditions they will fail on you. My recommendation is to rather look at spending a few hundred rand extra and purchase a product of better quality.
