Customer complaint well handled

After complaining on checkers website I was pleasantly surprised at their response. I received a call the within 12 hours from Quentin at head office, who handled the complaint with a touch of class. Shortly after I received a call from the store manager, koenrad, who said that he has put replacement product plus additional boerewors one side for me to collect. A generous gesture not expected. Well done on the service guys!
