ROTTING MEAT

On the 27th of January 2013, i purchased an uncooked beef roast at Spar Vaalpark. upon opening the meat at home, the most foul rotting smell escaped the packaging, the meat must have been spoilt before it was packaged. This is not my first incident i have on numerous occasions bought chicken and meat from Spar Vaalpark. that was rotting. As i forgot the slip at home on todays occasion i was told i could not be refunded, when i ask who can check to see if other roasts were fresh i was told no one from butchery was on duty. My advice to Spar. Dont sell meat on week ends if you cannot assist customers with spoilt meat.
