No Delivery

I had placed an order for over a month and still haven't received it. I was promised delivery 20 September and that was already 5 weeks of waiting. And every time I have called I am told there is no stock and even today I was told the same thing. I don't wish to cancel, y order but would appreciate a speedy delivery.
