Mislead Customers

Bought a vacuum from Hifi and we told we could buy the bags in Jan when they receive new stock. Return in Jan to find they don't sell the bags, never have, never will. After bad attitude and terrible service from staff, the manager (Willem Borshoff) promises to personally call & order stock... that was 2 weeks ago, have heard nothing from him! And he's supposed to be the head of the store, "leading by example"; no wonder his staff have such bad attitudes towards customers!
