OK Funiture is taking ride for its customers

Last year (March 2012) I bought Home theater at OK funiture, I went to the store in March to inform them that it is no longer working, and the lady told me to bring it so that they can diagnosis the problem, today I took it to the store and I was given bad attitude because I am from Zimbabwe & I bought it at cash price, I will never ever buy anything from OK store anymore because they treat customers like trash
