4 month and my account is still not cancelled

I am so disgusted with this pathetic service. I am back on square 1 since the 22/03/2013 logging a complaint on hello peter i receive calls only that week, Kerusha even promised me this account would be close in 5 hours now is 3 weeks this account is still not closed, my name is still listed as bad payer because of this store. I cannot buy anything until 2 years due to this store.my credit profile is runned just because of this store, I regret the day i set my foot on funiture city. Plz plz someone out there just dont ever buy at this store is the worse in the country, and funiture city people plz just cancel my name take your 1 couch in my place and clear my name ASAP I am taking this query further as nothing is being done, promises everyday but no action the menlyn branch worse does not even care the manager there dont care about people or complants at all.
