A month and still nothing

I've posted on here before regarding this same complaint... non delivery of services rendered. I've spoken to Joe, Jill Maduray, Bonga Ndlovu, Zinhle Mlhongo, Clinton Hansen, Priscilla Khubone to name a few and the final result was 48 hours. 48 hours later I hear nothing and no response. 60 hours later I get told, that they're waiting for authorisation. All I want is my money back and for the people at head office to actually do their jobs.
