ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE - I WANT A FULL REFUND

I purchased a Jackson dining table, delivered 22 Aug. The delivery team unpacked & assembled the table & upon inspection we found defects we were not happy to accept, sent the table straight back. The after-sales service is disgusting to put it mildly! I have had to call numerous times to try & find out exactly what is going on because no-one called me to communicate another delivery date, if there was any stock available, never mind apologise for any inconvenience! The distribution centre is far from helpful, that's if you can get through on their telephone numbers provided. I've spoken with Celeste in the Canal Walk branch, where I made the purchase, but that was 2weeks ago, I was informed there is now no longer stock in the country, next container arriving 20th Sept. Now I know customs clearance takes at least 7days, so I won't have the table delivered by the 20th. Nobody had the decency to contact me with a contingency plan, I have now lost my patience. Very quick to sell me the table & take my CASH PAYMENT, now I have to wait! This is not good enough, certainly not the standards I expected from @Home. The neglect of customer service has me no longer wanting the table & I want a Full Refund!
