I was really disappointed at how your staff was working. That's if the roaming around they were doing is even referred to as working. There was about 7 of them on the customer care section yet only 4 tills were operating. As if that's not enough I still waited more than 15 minutes to get assisted and I was second in line.

I wonder if the level of the service we receive is based on the location of the store. You urgently need to retrain your staff and remind them that they are not working from a spaza shop. This is a professional sector and the should respect their customers enough to show interest and in their job.

Whats the point of branching out if the service level is sacrificed at the townships. Please specify if this is the case so we can head out all the way to urban areas to receive better service.
