Bad Service & poor management

On 11 Dec i went to buy some shirts & shoes during my lunch hour, i was there for my entire lunch assisted by only one person on the very busy section upstairs where most of the clothing are on sale. this is not the first time i experience this kind of poor service from the same store. when i ask where is the manager or supervisor there were no way to be found, what if something major needed thier assistance or there is an emergency in the store? the store service is so poor that you can't even get assistance from the staff there are complaint about working less hours per day only maximum of 4 hours per staff. it was very shocking to have few staff working for half day during this very busy period. i will never come back & buy from the store until i got an assurance from management this kind of bad service will never take place & i will also influence my friends & family not to buy at the store until there is a visible improvement for better service to the customers & offer normal working hours to staff as required labour laws of South Africa.
