I was really struggling to get a refund or replacement for my faulty phone from Pep. Not matter who I spoke to or how high one went you just heard: "It is not our policy to replace a phone after the first 7 days". I'm sorry but that is wrong! The Consumer Protection Act states I have 6 months to return a faulty phone to get a replacement. I eventually got hold of a man called Corne. He was very sympathetic to my problem and went out of his way to assist me. Within a few days I received a call to say they are authorising a replacement/refund for me. Thanks, Corne. It is people like you who make a difference!!
