On the 13th of september 2013 i received the worst service ever from one of the ladies at dischem customer service section near the door. Salome Willmort was very rude and just had a bad ettitude when all i said was i need to return the items, she was just on my case before she could understand why I was returining the items, she kept on quoting that South Africa has an act that we should not return vitamins items. My issue is I am not a child so why should she shout at me instead of understanding my issue? I did not the items. she could have just easily called the vitamin supervisor to listen to why I wanted to return the items instead of having such a bad ettitude as if I had tsomething.

I have been a customer of Dischem for many years and know their staff to be super friendly and helpful. This treatment really shocked and disgusted me. You can also run your cameras to see how she was going on shouting at me like I was a school child. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, only then she told me to go to till number 22 and to add insult to injury she said she is fdoing me this favor just for that day, next time she won't send me to the tills.
