I bought a lounge suite from bed and lounge in Langlaagte. They kept it in storage for me for almost 2 months while my house was being renovated. The goods were delivered but still kept in wrapping for another 2 weeks. only after 3 weeks did i notice that the 1 seater was defective. I called Sibusiso and explained the problem to him. Within no time they were there to collect the chair and delivered it promtly after having it repaired. Sibusiso was very professional and strives to provide good customer service.
