I bought a HISENSE TV from Game in Somerset West mall on the 12/09/2013, to the value of R5000, I asked a friend to collect it for me as I have no car, my problem is that the TV is blurring and for a LCD the picture is not clear, I went back to game to inform them, they are really not keen to help, I explain my situation to them, I was inform that there is no stock and they will give me the money back, I don't want the money back I want a TV, I been buying from game FOR YEARS and I never experience such "NO CARE ATTITUDE" must add only at Somerset West, please help me as I have no car and cannot carry the TV for 10 kilometers
