Forcing me to pay an account that I already paid

I was phoned to pay my 'overdue' clothing account at Identity. Not listening to anything I have to say (that I paid more than I had to), the person kept on asking when I am going to pay. She was very rude. My concern is that my good credit name are being damaged in the process.
