I reported a broken TV to Hi-Fi Corp around the 3rd of Aug 2013 today is the 17th of September, that is a month and some change and still no assistance from them.

After two posts on Hello peter they asked me to come in and sign the insurance documents and it's been another two weeks and some change and I haven't heard anything from them. I am not going to call you again and waste more money on you, I will post here on Hello peter because that way I will get a response from you.
And please whoever call me next better tell me that you will fix or replace my TV or you don't want to fix it or don't bother calling me at all. I don't want to wait for another day, I am done waiting!!! Like I said to one of your guys I will not pay my account, I refuse to be cheated, buy into things that cannot help me at all, you can do what you will. I am fed up with your service. Like there is a complaint about your store everyday in this site, this clearly shows that you guys don't really give a about your customers, you just like taking our money and then give us the middle finger afterwards.
