kindly assist as I made contact with the new application department on the 16/09/2013 regarding the status of my application and I was advised that it with the stage of confirming employment to date I have not received no feed back and when I applied online it stated feedback with 48hours this is poor and pathetic service when opening an account I did not know opening a retail account could be a night mare
