Just great service, going beyond the call of duty

A few weeks ago i went on [URL Removed] to order GTA V Collectors edition for PS3, i saw it on the site, figured i would wait a week or 2 to pay for it, but when i eventually wanted to pay for it, the item was removed from the site because it had been sold out, i sent an email, got a reply in about 15 minutes, i was on the phone with Leisle (could be Leslie, i don't remember) and i explained the situation, she said she would call the supplier and get one specially for me, and that is just what she did, i managed to get a sold old product because of her hard work, thank you Leisle and Takealot, always amazing service, and as promised my game was delivered on the day, more companies should work like this :)
