At 5 past one this afternoon I tried to purchase a Game gift card from Game Carnival City. I was told in the most unfriendly manner that I can't enter because of stock take. I was fairly upset but understand these things. I then went to the branch in Benoni. I took a Yogi slip from the shelves and approached the payment station. One of the "tellers" looked me in the eye and pressed the button to close the line. I asked her what is happening and she said she's going on lunch. I demanded to speak to the manager, while the person walked away (I assumed to look for the manager) a very helpful girl on the station asked if she could help me so long. She then proceeded to do the transaction. One Yogi sip and one R 500 gift card. I gave my bank card and waited for the transaction to be finalised. She then asked for my card again. when asked why she said that she only processed the Yogi sip, and I still need to pay for the gift card. The training given to Game staff borders on the ridiculous. I was so astonished by this that I did not even realise that the first "teller" never even called a manager but just approached me and said "sorry"

I really think we as customers deserves better.
