Daddy's Deals Not what they Appear to be

I recently purchased a "Photo Shoot Voucher" Through Daddy's deals
When trying to Book the Appoinment through the supplier, it took weeks for a response, The appointment was eventually Booked, when we arrrived at the SO Called "Studio" No one was there (it was @ some dodgy looking house) When we called the Photographer, we were told he was "In a meeting" and would not be available for the shoot!
When I called Daddy's Deals to let them know of the problem, they told me all the could do was refund me for the Value of the purchase- no compensation for time lost, travel of money spent on Hair appointments etc!
They also told me they were aware that this particular supplier was "giving problems"
They are obviously just a money making racquet with No concern for Customer care!
I want everyone to be aware- They are NOT what they pretend to be, in this particular case it was only R200, but what will happen next time?
