Kalahari sells e books and doesn't delieve

After noumerous calls the e books bought ln the 1st of September has not been delievered.
Staff does not call or e mail back and does not keep their word or their commitments.
They in regards to delivery.
They refuse to refund purchases made, that they cannot deliver on.
They re imburse with vouchers to pacify, but when used on the system it still doesn't supply the stock, thus twice.
All they say is that they are contracting out their services, and that they cannot be held accountable for Bluefires support on the Kalahari reader.
They are sorry, but it doesn't sort out the problem
