Manager Slamming door in clients face!!!

I am extremely furious as I am writing this report.
This morning about 9:15 I wanted to exchange some underwear I bought saturday. The manager informed me that according to policy they are not allowed to exchange underwear which I understand.
I asked him how one should know whether items fit because it cannot be fitted in store (it was 2items tied together).
He (Orlando Qwande) very rudely said that the items cannot be fitted. I then said that it is a complete waste of my money and asked whether I can throw away the items in their dustbin upon which he turned around and walked away. I then said 'excuse me i am talking to you can you please answer me'. He just ignored me, walked into his office and slammed the door shut.
When I informed my husband on what happened he walked back to the office door. After ten minutes we asked again to see him. We were then completely ignored by the lady working there. I immediately phoned customer care and logged a complaint with simphiwe. Half an hour later, a very confused manager from JetMart phoned me. After I explained it didnt happen in his store, he promised to follow up. I Phoned again 11:44 still waiting on a reply!!!
