Holiday promotion

I am utterly disappointed with the fact that I have been conned into a promotion by Edgars where they clearly only wanted us to spend money with the promise of receiving a holiday which never happened. All I received was a call and an email from TLC marketing requesting me till fill out a form and fax it which i did and that was the last I have ever heard of them no other communication was given to me it has almost been an entire year.
