Price 'n Pride
They dont want to pay back deposit

My mum opend an account with Price 'n pride in March, assisted by the lady name Beauty Nkomo, they said she must pay 2500 for deposit, n they promised tha delivery will b withn 7workng days, oho! We waited, n waited i went back they said the systems were offline for a week! What is that honestly, and they said they dont have the stock, y didnt they call and say so? Ok we keep going back to the store what we get, Manager is nt available, ok my mum went back to cancell the deal and ask her money beck, cause she went to another shop whe she got wht she wantd..it was March till today they havent paid her money, theY ALWAYS SAY ManaGER IS NT AROUND..AND NOW THEY'V BEEN CALLNG MY MUM AS SAY SHE MUST COME AND PAY. only knws wht! I want to manager to call and apologise for his untrained staff who doesnt knw wht customer service is, they'v been chasing my mum for 4 mnth nw, and please we want that money, we have been paitant for long, and please remove my mum's info frm your system, cause you cant be calling her to come and pay while you didnt assist her and u dont want to pay her money back, am tired of calling the store, coz not even asingle day the phone was picked u, honestly what kind of busines
