Mcgee Mazda can not sort out steering wheel issue

MAZDA 5 was towed to Mcgee Mazda Lydenburg because there was an issue with the steering wheel. they said nothing is wrong. Since then the car was in an accident because of the steering wheel issue. Mcgees does not want anything to do with it. They have no need to sort out the steering wheel issue. The lady almost drove off a cliff!?

I have logged a previous complaint, no response.
I have now logged it on the website twitter and facebook now. Hopefully I will get a response now?
