Kia Motors South Africa
Service from Kia Fourways disgusting and No stock

Cars & Transport

I purchased a Kia Rio from Kia Fourways in February 2012 and after a few months I have reported the peeling of my steering wheel in February 2013, the necessary assessment was done by Kia and they approved replacement of my steering wheel as it still falls within the warranty period. I have made a number of calls to Kia Fourways on the status of the steering wheel and they kept telling me it is out of stock. I went personally to the dealership on the 30 April inquiring on the status they had given me the same excuse that its out of stock. It is now 3 months later and Kia Fourways has still not contacted me even after leaving several messages with the Service department.
I would like to know when can I get the replacement part (steering wheel), as it is 3 months now.
Is this the service and standards Kia provides, why is there no service evaluation? What is going to be done to ensure customer service by this dealership? and how is my confidence in this dealership going to be restored and what is the necessary action Kia would undertake to resolve this situation.
