Faulty return of Prestigio PMP3970B 7 HD Multipad

I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received from [URL Removed] I originally ordered 2 Tablets from them on the 1st Aug and paid the same day. Received them on the 14th August. On the 22nd August I found out that 1 of the devices was faulty and let the correct department know. Kalahari said they would get someone out to collect on the 22nd Aug. 23rd Aug came and went and nothing was collected, eventually on the 27th the Device was collected. On the 4th Sep. I heard from the return Department who informed me they will either refund or send me a new device. I chose the new device option, which they had advised they would credit my acc. So I can purchase a new one. On the 6th Sept. Kalahari informed me they are having tech difficulties and the money should reflect within 24-48 hrs on my acc. Since then I have had excuse after excuse on when my credit will be done. I have sent COUNTLESS emails just for 1 device, which you guys do have stock of. So over a month now I have been struggling with this.

PLEASE HELP me, else I will NEVER support [URL Removed] ever again, and will most certainly spread the word to my friends and family.
